Troy Andrews
Troy Andrews' journey in construction began during his deployments to the Middle East, where he helped build schools and taught local children woodworking skills. After 10 years of military service, Troy developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
When he returned to civilian life, he spent several years working on pipelines in Texas, gaining invaluable experience in heavy construction while sharpening his problem-solving and project management abilities.
After moving to Spokane, Troy founded his own construction company, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and creativity. His expertise ranges from general contracting and renovation to specialized trades, ensuring top-quality work on every project. Troy’s attention to detail and adaptability make him a dependable and versatile contractor.
Married for 14 years and a proud father of two- a girl (10) and a boy (8)—he applies the same principles of honesty, hard work, and dependability to both his family and business. His goal is to provide exceptional service, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations on every job.
From residential remodeling to commercial projects, Troy’s extensive experience and willingness to learn ensure that no challenge is too big or small for his team.
Andy Chestnut
Andrew Chestnut's passion for construction began at an early age, sparking a lifelong love for building and craftsmanship. At just 9 years old, he received his first power tool to build a backyard fort, and this curiosity evolved into a full-fledged career. His hands-on experience grew from building forts to constructing homes, eventually leading him to open his first General Contracting company in Spokane, Washington, at the age of 27.
With a solid educational foundation from his years in Structural Engineering school (1984-1987), Andrew has 45 years of experience in the trades, providing him with a wealth of knowledge in both commercial and residential construction. His background in AutoCAD allows him to not only design but also oversee every aspect of a project, from underground utilities to the finishing touches.
Andrew’s journey has not always been easy, as he continues to overcome perceptions about his missing left hand. But his work speaks for itself— His proudest achievements include being featured in Victorian Homes Magazine and winning San Diego Homes and Gardens' National Kitchen and Bathroom contest.
